Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Completes corrective and preventive work orders as assigned.
- Performs minor electrical repairs, installation and maintenance.
- Performs minor plumbing maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Clears obstructions from drain lines.
- Performs minor carpentry repairs and furniture assembly.
- Performs periodic standard and safety inspections and preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Ability to operate motor vehicles and power tools safely and effectively
- Supports Special Events when necessary by moving tables, chairs, bleachers and similar activities.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Responds to emergency situations during normal work hours and after hours.
