Weekend Receptionist

Overview Are you a Receptionist looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers? Immanuel Communities is seeking a Receptionist to work at 1500 Edgewater Drive, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327. Copper Shores Village has 67 independent living apartments, 38 assisted living apartments and 14 memory support apartments. Located right next to Copper Creek Lake. The schedule for this position is every other Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Job Duties & Skills Required What You Will Do The overall purpose of this job is to make a favorable first impression when welcoming visitors, residents, participants, staff, and family members to a facility. The responsibilities of this job include greeting persons upon entry of a facility, answering phones, providing customer service information, setting appointments, and open and forwarding mail. Skills & Requirements High School Diploma/GED is required. One (1) year of direct experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or related position is required.
