Bartenders wanted Guaranteed tips

Bartenders wanted!! Guaranteed tips!!! (Manayunk) compensation: $$$$$$ We are looking for a couple additional bartenders with previous experience! We are La Roca located on Main Street in Manayunk! We specialize in margaritas and tacos. Lots of tequila lots of other great food! We have guaranteed gratuity included so that you never don't get paid for your work which happens sometimes when you're a bartender. Must be extremely clean Must be punctual! Opening requires you setting the bar up, turning all the TV's on and the music and getting ready for the day! We don't bring in servers early so that you don't have to any tips. We do not tip pool! Servers tip out 25% of their tips to the bartender making their drinks!!! $$$$$$ Bartenders do not tip out anybody! I am not looking for a specific day or night to be covered, we are looking for people with open availability or at least availability that fits our needs and your needs.
