We're looking for an Custodian II who will work the PM shift schedule of Monday - Friday from 3pm-11:30pm, by assisting the company with maintaining aClean, organized, functional, and secure building. You will report to the Facilities Supervisor at our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters. Who You Are: Assist existing staff to perform various general building custodial tasks. Clean break room counter, tables, chairs and stock utensils paper towels Clean and stock restrooms Empty all trash containers Dust office areas Move boxes, pallets, equipment, and other items as needed. Respond to tickets and requests from other departments. Be able to identify safety risks such as spills and tripping hazards. Able to perform special job assignments outside the normal work scope. What You'll Do: Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Custodial experience preferred Organized, problem solver, flexible and able to prioritize. General knowledge of facilities Janitorial. Able to carry 25lbs. Set up and tear down events. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask. Must have basic computer skills and comfortable using Google products (Gmail/Google Docs/Google Sheets/Sites) Knowledge of Jira and Slack a big plus Physical Requirements: Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting. Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time. Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery. Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches. Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions. Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75+ pounds, with employee help or with proper equipment. Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $22. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
