Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and warmly, introducing the menu and daily specials
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner with attention to presentation and quality
Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
Monitor tables and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal
Clear tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain a clean dining area
Handle payments, issue receipts, and return change or process card transactions
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Uphold hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
Address customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a server or in customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
