Job DetailsAlpana is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. Schedule is 5 nights a week with Friday and Saturday availability a must. This is a hands-on role ensuring exceptional service, cultivating relationships with our guests, and maintaining the seamless flow of dinner service.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the dining room floor, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction
- Report directly to restaurant ownership
Recognize and engage with regulars, fostering loyalty and a welcoming atmosphere
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and grace
Step in to assist servers, server assistants and hosts when neededno task is too small
Oversee the host stand, managing reservations and seating flow
Maintain a well-trained, motivated, and efficient front-of-house team
Assist in scheduling and staffing for FOH operations
Uphold wine service standards and contribute to beverage program excellence
- Weekly ordering of liquor, wine and beverages.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining restaurant management
Strong wine knowledge and polished service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Natural leadership with a team-first mentality
- Dependable, reliable and proven track record as a hospitality professional
