On Call Banquet Server

Compensation: $15.97/HR

What will you be doing?

Sets up tables with china, silverware, and other service equipment; and break down assigned banquet rooms according to banquet event orders and supervisor's instructions.

Services of food and beverages according to standards and banquet event orders.

Handles guest requests or gets assistance from supervisor or manager.

Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.

Maintains Hilton's high standards of quality and service.

Maintains all cleanliness and sanitation pf banquet rooms, public areas, banquet pantry and storage areas along with personal hygiene.

What do you bring to the role?

Ability to read, speak and comprehend English in order to receive instructions from managers and guests.

Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.

Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.

Ability to lift 35 lbs. with reasonable accommodation.

No experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
