  • As a Houseperson, youll play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our lodging spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. Youll support the Housekeeping team by delivering supplies, removing laundry and debris, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests and staff alike. Its hands-on, active work that helps create the exceptional guest experience Sand Valley is known for.
What Youll Do
  • Deliver fresh linens, supplies, and amenities to housekeeping staff across the resort
  • Remove soiled linens, trash, and room service items from guest rooms and hallways
  • Keep hallways and common areas tidy and free of clutter
  • Assist with laundry: wash, dry, fold, and organize as needed
  • Support carpet shampooing and other cleaning projects
  • Respond promptly to guest and team requests
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns
  • Help keep storage areas stocked and organized
  • Jump in to support the housekeeping team wherever needed
  • Uphold Sand Valleys cleanliness and hospitality standards
What Youll Bring

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Valid drivers license and ability to operate resort vehicles
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, MVR check, and pre-employment drug screen
  • Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus but not required
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
  • This is a hands-on role that requires frequent movement throughout the resort. You'll need to be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally), as well as bending, walking, and standing for extended periods. Occasional exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals may occur. Safety and care are essential to everything we do.
