Part-Time and Full-Time Four65 Server

The Four65 Server ensures quality dining experience for the guest. This includes set-up for service, serving guests food and beverages while focusing on detail, quality and customer service.

Responsibilities
Ensure all tables are properly set prior to seating guests
Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Ability to explain in detail, specials and any menu questions to guests
Serve food and beverages
Adhere to all property service standards
Ensure restaurant, event space, and work areas are kept clean
Take orders and input correctly into the POS system
Retrieve order from the kitchen, and accurately deliver to guests
Be familiar with the hotel facilities, hours of operations and their locations
Adhere to any state/federal regulations pertaining to liquor service

Knowledge of food and beverage operations and preparation, with a good focus on wine, is desired
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well with a large group of people in a team environment
Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations including the ability to handle guest complaints and disputes and resolve them satisfactorily
Team members must be over the age of 18 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
Essential duties require long periods of standing and walking as well as frequent reaching and kneeling, pushing, pulling, carrying, lifting and moving objects 50 lbs or more
