+ Execute all cleaning duties with precision and pride, including but not limited to: vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; dusting and sanitizing all surfaces; cleaning mirrors, glass, and windows; and ensuring all furniture and decor is immaculately maintained and aligned.

+ Change and replenish bed linens, towels, bathrobes, and amenities according to property standards, ensuring items are perfectly folded, placed, and free of defects or wear.

+ Disinfect bathrooms and kitchens to the highest hygienic standard, maintaining pristine presentation across all fixtures and fittings.

+ Maintain spotless dishware and appliances; hand wash or operate dishwashing equipment as needed.

+ Ensure public areas-such as lounges, fitness areas, spa lounges, and check-in points-are continuously monitored and maintained to Five-Star readiness throughout the day.

+ Uphold environmental sustainability practices by minimizing waste, using green products, and ensuring efficient use of resources while exceeding guest expectations for luxury.

+ Interact with guests in a warm, gracious, and intuitive manner when present in homes or in passing-offering respectful assistance without intrusion.

+ Anticipate guest preferences and personalize service where possible (e.g., arranging pillows, aligning belongings with respect, replenishing items proactively).

+ Handle guest requests and service recoveries with professionalism, discretion, and urgency; escalate needs when appropriate.

+ Communicate with humility, warmth, and genuine interest when engaging guests or team members.

+ Practice confidentiality and protect the privacy and possessions of all guests with utmost discretion.

+ Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms/homes.

+ Report all problems and maintenance repairs using correct procedures.

+ Turn in items found in homes, glamping camps or public areas to Housekeeping Management or the Lost and Found Department.

+ Work in a safe and responsible manner while adhering to all OSHA standards.

+ Maintain flexible hours to accommodate guest needs, due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry; Position requires full availability including evenings, weekends, holidays or as needed.

+ High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work

+ Prior luxury housekeeping experience preferred; Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five Diamond property experience is a strong asset.

+ Proven customer services skills, communication skills, and organizational skills

+ Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

+ Excellent attention to detail and a natural sense of order and cleanliness.

+ Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills .

+ Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a remote luxury resort setting.

+ Current drivers license with 2 years driving experience
