What You'll Do:
- Work as a resident-driven Dining Room Leader
- Support the dining team and assist with the development of open, close and serving duties
- Supervise the dining team and guide them in a direction of positive growth and development
- Speak with residents at meal service and handle their feedback by offering effective solutions to any issue that may arise.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write and communicate effectively
- Previous food service experience is preferred
- Paid time off
