The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills. As the Weekend Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring all procedures are followed efficiently. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information. Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests. Manage requests and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide local area information. Liaise with departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance) to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations. Assist with special requests, such as arranging transportation or preparing surprise celebrations for guests. Perform administrative tasks as necessary, including managing communication logs, and maintaining concierge area organization. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing situations.
