We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to grow their administrative skills in a fast-paced, professional & creative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and manage front desk communications
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Support the team with light administrative/social media-coordinating tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- 2+ years experience in a salon, spa, or customer service role is a plus
- Excellent ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Familiarity with any scheduling software is a plus (not required)
