Charlies is hiring for our growing team!
We are looking for chef de parties to join our kitchen team and work closely with local produce, meats, and purveyors on a team with a focus on collaboration, seasonality, attention to detail, and delicious food. We are a small team and value both the individual contributors and their growth and education as well as the culture as a whole and working closely with our dining room team to make special experiences for each of our guests.

About Chef Elliot and Charlies:
Elliot Bell, a 10-year veteran of Thomas Kellers world-renowned The French Laundry, is set to open a restaurant of his own named Charlies after his four-year old son. The menu at Charlies will revolve around local purveyors and have seasonal offerings, featuring some of Chefs favorite family recipes, and highlighting the diversity and quality of locally-sourced ingredients.
