What You'll Be Doing

• Maintains supply levels in the public restrooms and Associate areas.
• Maintains and cleans all public restrooms every 2 hours; checking twice each hour.
• Makes routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain dog potty stations.
• Assists with cleaning the guest rooms in the evening if an unexpected need occurs after
• the Room Attendants/House Attendants are gone for the day.
• Answers guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm and if directed to specific
• Public Attendant, in under 15 minutes.
• Assists guests and other staff members as needed.
• Picks up Associate lunchroom and empties trash as needed.
• Performs cleaning tasks in public areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and
• collecting garbage.
• Reports any maintenance repairs observed using HotSOS.
• Checks guest elevators, cleans carpets, and polishes stainless steel as necessary.
• Cleans elevator tracks.
• Maintains the cleanliness of all windows, glass, and doors in public areas.
• Dusts all tables, lamps, and ledges in all public areas and elevator foyers.

Compensation:

$16.66/hour

Hours:

Part-Time

This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during evenings, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.

• Significant portions (more than 25%) of daily assignments involve the application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity, e.g., typing, handwriting, or machine operations.
• Significant portions (more than 50%) of daily assignments involve exposure to dirt, odors, noise, or temperature/weather extremes. Working surfaces may be unlevel, slippery, or unstable.
