OverviewWhat You'll Be Doing
- Maintains supply levels in the public restrooms and Associate areas.
- Maintains and cleans all public restrooms every 2 hours; checking twice each hour.
- Makes routine checks of all public areas to ensure cleanliness.
- Maintain dog potty stations.
- Assists with cleaning the guest rooms in the evening if an unexpected need occurs after
- the Room Attendants/House Attendants are gone for the day.
- Answers guest room calls before 8:30am and after 5pm and if directed to specific
- Public Attendant, in under 15 minutes.
- Assists guests and other staff members as needed.
- Picks up Associate lunchroom and empties trash as needed.
- Performs cleaning tasks in public areas, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and
- collecting garbage.
- Reports any maintenance repairs observed using HotSOS.
- Checks guest elevators, cleans carpets, and polishes stainless steel as necessary.
- Cleans elevator tracks.
- Maintains the cleanliness of all windows, glass, and doors in public areas.
- Dusts all tables, lamps, and ledges in all public areas and elevator foyers.
Compensation:
$16.66/hour

Part-Time
This is a 24-7, 365 day a year business that will require some work during evenings, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.

Working Conditions:
- Significant portions (more than 50%) of daily assignments involve prolonged standing, transporting material or equipment, or lifting, moving, or carrying heavy (over 30 pounds) materials for intermittent periods throughout the day.
- Significant portions (more than 25%) of daily assignments involve the application of manual skills requiring motor coordination in combination with finger dexterity, e.g., typing, handwriting, or machine operations.
- Significant portions (more than 50%) of daily assignments involve exposure to dirt, odors, noise, or temperature/weather extremes. Working surfaces may be unlevel, slippery, or unstable.
Compensation Range
The compensation for this position is $16.66/Hr. - $16.66/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
