We are looking for qualified janitor to clean nights at the Oxnard DMV located in OXNARD, CA.
MUST BE RELIABLE. MUST CLEAN WITH QUALITY. MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAILS. MUST BE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED/VERY NICE/MAKE THE CLIENTS HAPPY. MUST HAVE A CLEAN BACKGROUND.
ID and Social Security is required prior to start date.
Duties include cleaning and disinfecting janitorial work - cleaning bathrooms, mopping, sweeping, break room/kitchens, office areas, cubicle areas, vacuuming, restocking all paper goods/supplies, disinfecting and wiping all touch surfaces, cleaning glass, wiping desks and areas of dust, cleaning windows etc.
Quarterly and Semi-Annual cleaning requirements included in job duties.
Monday to Friday after-hours cleaning (office closing time from 5:00PM to before they open at 7:00AM). Requiring that two days out of the week you must arrive earlier by 4:30pm to clean secure areas.

De lunes a viernes, el servicio de limpieza es fuera de horario (despues del cierre a las 5:00PM y antes de la apertura a las 7:00AM), pero en dos de los dias de la semana debe llegar antes de las 4:30 p. m. para limpiar areas seguras.
