Were looking for a dynamic and resourceful Corporate Receptionist & Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of our Manhattan corporate office. This full-time, onsite role (Monday through Friday) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a warm, professional, and efficient experience for employees, clients, and guests alike.

From greeting visitors to coordinating office logistics, your contributions will help ensure our Manhattan location runs smoothly and reflects the best of Perficient.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and employeesgreet visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Oversee all mail and package handling for the office.
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly by coordinating maintenance, ordering supplies, and liaising with building management and vendors.
  • Support executives and teams with administrative tasks including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Plan and execute local culture and engagement initiativesthink leadership meetings, holiday parties, and team events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide backup support to senior executives as needed.
  • Monitor access to the premises and uphold a secure, welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistants on special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Positive, proactive, and resourceful attitude youre a natural problem solver and thrive on making things better.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; youre approachable and professional.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, catering, and logistics.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and manage physical office tasks.
  • 35 years of professional experience in office administration, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination for executives.
  • Familiarity with facilities management and vendor coordination.
  • Event planning or corporate hospitality experience.
  • Knowledge of visitor management systems and office security protocols.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $51,000 to $87,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
