Apartment maintenance staff.
40 hours per week.
Must have basic knowledge of:
Sheetrock, texture, painting, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, vinyl and laminate flooring installation, etc.

Essential requirements: basic tools, own transportation, and bilingual.

NO CONTRACTORS & NO SUBCONTRACTORS
Interviews will be August 13, 14, and 15 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
