Hiring FOH Staff @ Hawks Public House

Hawks Public House in East Sacramento is seeking qualified candidates to join our team. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the Food & Beverage industry and a willingness to learn. The right candidate will perform their job duties in a timely manner, have an openness to learning, be professional in high stress situations and most importantly have the right attitude. Please see below for the current positions available

Current positions: AM & PM Server, Host/Hostess, Bartender

Dinner and Lunch Server

Familiarity with POS systems
Understanding of a seasonally changing menu and current culinary trends
Wine service and an understanding of wines regionally as well as internationally
Strong craft cocktails and spirits knowledge
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage/interact with guests in a welcoming and memorable manner
Perform in fast paced and high stress environments
Team oriented (we all support each other and the work that needs to be done)

Hostess/Host

Candidates should be well spoken and have an outgoing personality
Experience with reservation systems and the ability to communicate over the phone handling guests reservations and or questions(proper phone etiquette will be required)
The ability to multitask
Strong organizational skills
Be friendly, work well in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive
Clear and reset tables in an efficient manner

Bartender

Familiarity with POS systems
Understanding of a seasonally changing menu and current culinary trends
Wine service and a general understanding of wines regionally as well as internationally
Strong craft cocktails and spirits knowledge (seasonal menu)
Outgoing personality with the ability to interact with guests in a welcoming manner while preparing beverages for the restaurant and maintaining your workspace
Efficiently perform in fast paced and high stress environments
Have the ability to create beverages for the restaurant while maintaining service standards for your guests
