Monday-Sunday
8:30/9am - 4/6:30pm (vary on clients)

JOB SUMARY
*Are you detail-oriented and passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces? Are you an experienced driver? We are looking for a
Cleaner to join our team and help make homes shine! If you enjoy keeping things organized and tidy, and have a strong work ethic,
we would love to have you on board.
*In this role, you will help maintain cleanliness in residential homes, ensuring a fresh and inviting environment for our clients. We
value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.
*Previous experience in cleaning is a plus, but we are happy to train you if you're new to the field! Strong communication skills and the
ability to work well with others are important.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Organize and declutter areas as needed to maintain a tidy environment.
*Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks performed.
*Clean and maintain residential spaces by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces to ensure every room is spotless
and fresh.
*Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences, tailoring our service to meet their expectations.
*Manage your time effectively to complete tasks within the scheduled time, while maintaining high-quality standards.
*Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients quickly and with a positive, professional
attitude.
*Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in good working condition.
*Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both clients and team members.
*Report maintenance or repair issues you notice during cleaning so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
*Help maintain order throughout the home, including tidying up common areas, organizing spaces, and ensuring everything looks neat.
*Take care of deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as cleaning the oven, fridge, or windows, for a thorough, all-around clean.

*Detail-Oriented: You take pride in your work, ensuring every corner is cleaned and nothing is overlooked.
*Fluency in English: Clear and effective communication with clients and team members is essential.
*Time Management Excellence: You work efficiently while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
*Team Player: Whether working independently or with others, you bring a positive, friendly, and professional attitude to everything you
do.

VALID WORK PERMIT: You must be authorized to work in Vancouver.
