Key Responsibilities
+ Lead day-to-day culinary operations alongside the Executive Chef
+ Serve as the culinary department head in the Executive Chefs absence
+ Assist with menu development, ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
+ Maintain the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality (HACCP)
+ Train, coach, and manage a team of culinary professionals
+ Execute large-scale catering and cafe production with a focus on quality and efficiency
Qualifications
+ Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts preferred, or equivalent experience will be considered
+ 5+ years of kitchen leadership experience in high-volume or upscale environments
+ Strong background in catering, banquets, and international cuisines
+ Deep knowledge of food trends, cost controls, and presentation standards
+ ServSafe Certification required
+ Passionate about food, hospitality, and team development
