What does the ROLE entail?

• Fast-paced environment that requires strong customer service skills
• Submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences.
• The right person will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink offerings.
• Engaging in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes.
• General restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
• Demonstrates Hyatt values: Empathy, integrity, respect, inclusion, experimentation, and wellbeing

Experience:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced and team-oriented environment
• 2 years of serving experience preferred
• Capable of standing for long periods of time
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and potential holidays
• And fun and energized person with a creative mindset
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
