Are you passionate about creating great experiences for others? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment? Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Associate to join our Global Integrated Services (GIS) - Hospitality team in Indiana!

In this dynamic and hands-on role, you'll assist in multiple hospitality service areas including Dining Room Services, Meeting Room Services, and Logistics. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Support daily hospitality operations across dining rooms and meeting spaces

• Prepare for, execute, and clean up after food and beverage services

• Operate dish machines and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

• Stay on top of daily prep and production lists with strong attention to detail

• Communicate and respond to guest requests with professionalism

• Assist with inventory, stocking, and general cleaning

• Participate in team meetings and support other team members as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous hospitality, food service, or cleaning experience is a plus-but not required

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout your shift

• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors as needed

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing priorities

• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office is helpful

Job Details:

• Location: Indiana

• Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends or overtime for special events

• Physical Requirements: Standing/walking for extended periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, repetitive motion, working with kitchen equipment
