Looking for Experience Cleaner To Take Over Jobs (Portland & Southern Maine) compensation: $35 per hour or more Bee Friends Cleaners is seeking an experienced and reliable cleaner (or team of cleaners) to provide top-quality commercial cleaning services in Portland, Westbrook, and South Portland areas. This position primarily focuses on cleaning common areas in multi-unit residential buildings, with opportunities for additional office and commercial work. These are cleanings that can be completed during normal working hours. No overnight cleanings needed! We welcome individuals or small teams, but the lead cleaner must be onsite to manage and personally oversee the work. This is not a position for staffing agencies or cleaning companies hiring outside help. What We Offer Excellent Pay: Starting at $35/hour, with opportunities for higher earnings based on task completion and thoroughness. Flexible Schedule: Work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Weekends are an option but not required. Task-Based Earnings: Efficient and thorough cleaners can maximize their income because we can also offer flat pay per job. Steady Work: Regular and reliable cleaning assignments in the Portland metro area. Key Responsibilities: -Clean and maintain common areas in multi-unit residential buildings, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and laundry rooms. -Ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently, using your own tools and supplies. -Follow detailed cleaning instructions and document completed work using a digital checklist. -Take clear photos of completed tasks to verify quality. -Manage and supervise any team members onsite, ensuring all work meets Bee Friends Cleaners' high standards. -Represent Bee Friends Cleaners with professionalism and reliability when interacting with residents and clients. Requirements Experience: At least 2 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or residential properties. Independence: Ability to work efficiently without supervision and manage any team members onsite. Tools & Supplies: Must provide your own cleaning tools and products. Tech-Savvy: Access to a smartphone for managing checklists and documenting work with photos. Reliability: Dependable transportation and punctuality for assignments. Eligibility: Must pass a background check. You must have a valid SSN or TIN and bank account to receive payments. We do not pay in cash or use Venmo or CashApp. Insurance: Liability insurance is required.
