SEEKING: For one (1) janitor to work at a government building in Salinas, (6 hours per day) COMPENSATION: Our Company rewards its employees with: Great base pay (determined by experience) Discretionary Bonuses twice per year Medical & Dental Personal Time Off TASKS: Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waxing Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies like soap and paper towels Empty trash and recycling bins regularly Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Operate cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers and carpet cleaners Monitor and report unsafe conditions or needed repairs PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety procedures Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods Good time management and attention to detail Integrity and ability to work independently ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Must pass drug screening and background check Work in a collaborative environment with team members HOURS: M-F from 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm Should you meet these requirements and are interested in joining our team, please email your resume or call.
