Reliable Maid needed for Vacation Rentals (Long Beach) compensation: 50$ per unit Hey there, we are looking to hire a part-time maid who can clean and maintain our 2 studio apartments / Airbnb vacation rentals. The owners are friendly and just expect quality and consistency. We need a reliable, efficient and detail-oriented person that takes pride in their work. You can expect to earn around 1250 per month, for a few hours per week, on a 1099 basis. You will be responsible of cleaning the apartments and maintaining the hotel-room-like appearance. We expect it to be perfect each time. Some cleanings will be easier, while other times they will need more time and effort, but we do need it to be perfect every time. You will also be provided an inventory of linens and supplies, so please plan your laundry days efficiently at your discretion, as you will need to maintain all supplies and inventory, clean and organized. We will reimburse for any supplies needed, outside of standard cleaning products. You will need to ensure that all guest supplies, such as toiletries, will be replenished as needed. We provide the supplies or reimburse for any pre-authorized purchase. The cleaning hours start at 11am (guest check out) and must be completed by 2pm (or 3pm), depending on the day. These are both in Long Beach. Conversational English skills preferred. Please read all the above and make sure it is a perfect fit.
