Cleaner Needed $25 per hour during training (Mid-City, Marina Del Rey, Hollywood) compensation: $25 per hour during training, turns to flat rate after completion of training Please read entire post and respond to the questions below via text. Ideal person Looking for a cleaner Experienced cleaner is a plus but will hire the right person to train esp if you have maintenance experience. Must have reliable transportation (A dependable car, not public transportation) Cleaning supplies provided. Must have a valid ID and SSN (Must have physical copy) We specialize in cleaning short term rentals Work hours are from approximately 11A to 5P Example of a typical day: You will pick up linens, cleaning supplies etc from our location in Mid-City Majority of your work day will be cleaning vacation rentals, while cleaning you will handle any maintenance issues in the area (quick simple fixes, less than 20 minutes, $35 per incident). Drive to the assigned area (up to 15 miles away, once you arrive in the area, all jobs are within 5 miles radius). You will be assigned a number of jobs in the area, you will be expected to finish all jobs in a timely manner. Any reasonable complaints must be fixed (You will not be compensated for returning to fix your errors. Unreasonable complaints you will be compensated.) Example of a reasonable complaint: the cleaner forgot to empty my garbage can, the cleaner left dirty dishes in the dishwasher, the cleaner left food stains on the floor. Return dirty linens, towels etc to the Mid-City office. Compensation is every Mondays Work week starts on Monday, ends on Sunday.
