HELP! IHSS needed to take over Housekeeping, optional Practical Tasks

HELP! IHSS needed to take over Housekeeping, optional Practical Tasks (West Los Angeles) barrington near olympic compensation: IHSS Union set the rate at $18.50. I do not set the rate. Due to disabilities, I require an IHSS provider to take over housekeeping. Depending on provider skills and preference, I could delegate additional practical tasks. Not required. Please send me a work/education history and a list of skills, along with level of proficiency. No personal care, bathing, toileting, lifting of recipient, waiting on recipient, supervision, or companionship. The work will be done in my small 1-bedroom apartment, while I'm home doing other things. Must be soft spoken, unintrusive, and respect my autonomy, privacy, confidentiality, property and time. Clear communication in English is required. I especially need help Saturdays, and/or Sundays and/or holidays. If you need to schedule short shifts or limited hours, that's OK. If someone succeeds on weekends and wants to also work during the week, I will consider that. I have up to 96 hours but very limited endurance, and a lot to get done separately from the IHSS provider. The provider(s) I hire must be accountable and work well independently.
