Brunch Server 2 days a week (The Universal) 2911 West 38th Ave. compensation: Hourly + Tips employment type: job title: Brunch Server The Universal is hiring a new server for 2 mornings a week, Monday and Tuesday. Shifts start as early as 7:15 and end approx 3:30. We are looking for someone with experience in full-service serving, espresso, and bartending (specifically breakfast). The right candidate will be confident and have great customer service skills. Our restaurant has many regulars due to our staff as much as our great food. We pride ourselves on offering quality food and great customer service and are looking for candidates that appreciate the same. Server Responsibilities and Requirements Include: -Maintain proper health code and sanitation throughout restaurant to ensure a clean preparation and serving environment - Assist in various roles as needed (expo, runner, busser, and server) - Open and close restaurant (side chores and cleaning included) - Bartending and barista experience - POS and computer knowledge -Experience in a full-service and fast paced restaurant as server -Some Weekend and early morning availability -Professional and effective communicator -Attentive and able to respond to customer and coworker needs -Creative and independent problem solver - High volume experience - Great references Email a cover letter and resume to provided email.
