Rental house cleaner needed. (Huntsville/Madison) compensation: Varies per house Looking for someone to clean rental houses in between tenants in and around the Huntsville/Madison area. Pay varies per house with payment upon completion. Would need estimates on most houses first so a price can be agreed upon prior to work, as they can vary in size, how dirty and what is needed/wanted. There are exceptions but generally would be $75-$100 or so for a small touch up clean/wipe down up to $250-$275 or possibly more on larger houses that require more cleaning. Houses are always empty and have power and water. Would be 5 or 6 houses a month to start with the possibility to add more if things work out. Only if you have serious interest and are willing to show up for an estimate and also have interest in possible long term work, not just looking for quick money today.
