This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, and looking to learn a skilled trade. About the Job: Position: Air Duct Cleaning Helper Technician Type: Part-time, with the potential for additional hours Work directly with an experienced Lead Technician Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions Hourly pay or piece rate available for experienced techs Job Duties Include: Assisting with professional air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning jobs Using tools, vacuums, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively Following instructions from the Lead Technician Providing excellent customer service while on-site Maintaining a clean and safe work area Requirements: Mechanically inclined with basic hand tool knowledge Previous HVAC cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, or field service experience preferred (will train the right candidate) Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Birmingham, AL Dependable, punctual, and drug-free Able to work in varied weather conditions Not a fill-in position we're seeking someone committed to growing with us, not job hoppers Why Work With Us?
