Part-Time Night Auditor / Guest Service Agent (GSA) - Job Description We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our front office team as a Part-Time Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent (GSA) . This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both guest interaction and back-office responsibilities, with a focus on overnight operations. Night Auditor Duties/ Guest Service Agent (GSA) Duties: Perform nightly audit processes for the hotel's financial records and daily transactions. Reconcile daily revenue, verify balances, and prepare management reports. Post charges and payments to guest accounts accurately. Close out the current day's operations and roll over to the next business day. Ensure the accuracy of room rates, taxes, and guest folios. Greet, check in, and check out guests with professionalism and courtesy. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Handle phone calls, reservations, and room assignments. Assist with special guest needs (wake-up calls, directions, amenities, etc.). Monitor property security and ensure guest safety during night hours. Qualifications: Previous experience in front desk, night audit, or hospitality is preferred. Strong math and computer skills; familiarity with hotel PMS PEP is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. Must be dependable, punctual, and detail oriented. Working Conditions: Overnight shift and some afternoon/evenings shifts. Standing for extended periods; light lifting may be required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
