Backup Airbnb Cleaner (just north of Downtown Renton) (Skyway / Lakeridge) compensation: $100 Per-cleaning flat rate. I need a cleaner to occasionally flip my Airbnb unit between guests. I currently have a regular cleaner for the unit and just need a backup. Job: Wipe down the kitchen/bathroom. Wash windows (if needed), sweep and vacuum. Remove linens from the beds and wash/dry them on-site, then make the beds. It usually takes 3 hours. I charge a $100 cleaning fee to my guests, so I'm hoping to find a cleaner that can do it at that price. It would help if you live relatively close by.
