Mobile Janitorial Crew Member (PT Evenings & Weekends-Must Be Local)

Be available for 2-4 weeknight shifts (approx 4 hours long) Monday-Friday evenings, and for one shift on the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday, may be day or evening) for 15-25 hours per week. > Travel to various sites as scheduled to perform routine cleaning tasks. > Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and according to our company standards, including floors, windows, bathrooms, breakrooms, exam rooms, and public areas. > Use a variety of cleaning equipment and products, understanding the appropriate uses and safety precautions. > Perform deep cleaning tasks as required, adjusting techniques and products for specific site needs. > Work independently in the absence of supervision. > Communicate effectively to complete each job efficiently as a team. > Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring each site is well-stocked and ordering new supplies as needed. > Document completed tasks and report any issues or maintenance needs to the management team. > Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and ensure a safe working environment at all sites. > Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. > Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests efficiently. > Have the potential and desire to train to be a crew lead after gaining knowledge and experience on the jobs. Skills and Qualifications: > Ability to handle and operate small cleaning machinery and equipment. > Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards. > Excellent time management skills to handle travel and task schedules. > Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to bend, kneel, squat, and lift, push, or pull objects up to 25 lbs and stand and walk for extended periods. > Good communication skills, able to understand and carry out instructions. > Be mobile - have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation > Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (times vary) as needed.
