WINSTAR WORLD CASINO - COWBOYS BAR & GRILL
Legends is excited to be bringing a taste of AT&T Stadium and the spirit of the Dallas Cowboys to WinStar World Casino, the country's largest casino. This 350 seat, full-service restaurant and bar will be modeled after the Home of the Dallas Cowboys, and will be opening in the heart of the casino in early 2021. Offering chef-inspired fan-favorite foods and handcrafted cocktails in front of wall-to-wall LED screens, Cowboys Bar & Grill will truly elevate the fan experience and quickly become the best place to take in a game. This will be a fun and inviting place to work. We are seeking excited, dynamic, and passionate individuals to join our culinary and service teams to create a truly unique experience at Cowboys Bar and Grill. THE ROLE
The Server position provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in bar and/or restaurant area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction.
Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations.
Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within casino.
Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the casino.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Ability to work all events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Proven work experience as a Cocktail Server, Bartender, or similar role

Physical stamina and ability to carry heavy trays
Good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
