If not, receptionists will walk through pre-work and ensure all information and requirements are submitted and completed. Schedule follow-up appointments after seeing the doctor as needed Maintain upkeep of the office, ensure waiting rooms, office space, and bathrooms are clean and stocked Other administrative duties as assigned Answer and respond to all incoming emails and phone calls Skills healthcare industry, patient care, medical reception Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED.
