Fill-In Bartender

This role is perfect for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a knack for connecting with people. Past bartending experience is not required we can teach you the skills, but we cant teach great character. Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, engaging, and professional manner
Learn and prepare a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Process payments accurately and responsibly
Step in for regular bartenders as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
Create a welcoming environment where customers want to return

Qualifications
21+ years old
Outgoing personality and great communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to changing schedules
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a cool head
Willingness to learn drink preparation and bar operations (training provided)
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Growth
This is a fill-in/on-call position, with shifts as needed
Opportunity to move into a regular weekly schedule based on performance and availability
