P osition Summary:
At Credence, the guest experience is everything—and the Front Server is essential to making it exceptional. We’re looking for hospitality professionals with polished service skills, strong food and wine knowledge, and a natural ability to create warm, memorable interactions. As a Front Server, you will lead the guest experience with precision and care, guiding guests through their meal with attentiveness, efficiency, and grace. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate with the service team, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality in every detail. The ideal candidate is poised, professional, and team-oriented, embodying the Levi Goode Brand’s commitment to excellence in service, presentation, and cleanliness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient order taking and food/beverage delivery to meet quality standards and uphold brand values.
- Provide immaculate table maintenance accordingly and remove any trash or debris throughout the restaurant, ensuring a pristine environment for our Guest and colleagues
- Maintain beverage levels of Guests beverages
- Check identification of guests to avoid underage drinking
- Maintain open communication with fellow staff and management
- Operate the point-of-sale register system, including processing credit card and cash transactions
- Exudes positivity and a great attitude while delivering exceptional guest service
- Maintains an extensive understanding of all menu offerings and confidently responds to inquiries about food and beverage, including their preparation.
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures to ensure the prevention of intoxication.
- Effectively and efficiently manage guests' allergies and special requests
- Assist captains effectively and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Must take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and be accountable to yourself and to our customers.
- Punctual and reliable attendance
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
