Little Maven is on the lookout for an energetic and personable Host to become a key player in our front-of-house team. As a Host, you'll set the tone for our guests' experience, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to their visit.
What You'll Do:
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a friendly and professional welcome to every guest as they arrive, setting a positive tone for their dining experience.
- Manage Reservations: Handle reservations efficiently, greet guests upon arrival, and manage seating arrangements to optimize the flow of the dining room.
- Coordinate Seating: Guide guests to their tables in a timely manner, balancing the seating chart to ensure an even distribution of guests and minimize wait times.
- Communicate with the Team: Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any special requests or needs.
- Handle Guest Inquiries: Answer phone calls, address guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Host Area: Keep the host stand, waiting area, and entrance clean and organized, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
