Regency Oaks is recruiting for a hospitality focused part time Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!
Location: Clearwater, FL
Shift: PRN 4pm-12am (1-2 nights per week)
What We Offer:

DUTIES:
Provide on-going switchboard/telephone coverage.
Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.
Maintain visitor sign-in logs.
Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to public.
Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
Receives all persons who enter the Community in a courteous manner, informs, guides, directs or otherwise assists residents, visitors, staff or vendors tactfully and congenially to present the best possible image of the Community.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate.
2 Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
- Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
