Pay Rate: Starting at $18.50/hour (based on experience)

Location: Galleria Woods Senior Living, Hoover, AL

We're looking for a hospitality-focused Concierge Receptionist to be the smiling face and helpful hand that greets everyone who walks through our doors. If you love making people feel welcome, solving problems with grace, and keeping things running smoothly, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Provide ongoing telephone coverage and handle inquiries with care
• Accept and log deliveries, notifying recipients promptly
• Monitor security cameras and fire alarm board
• Maintain secure access to the community
• Prepare maintenance work orders and assist with special projects
• Keep difficult situations from escalating with calm and thoughtful solutions

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• A heart for hospitality and a passion for serving seniors
