What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Answer questions about spa treatments, amenities, and promotions.
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments using spa software.
• Handle payments and keep accurate records of guest transactions.
• Communicate clearly with therapists and fellow team members.
• Foster a supportive, team-oriented, and peaceful work environment.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, elegant, and relaxing spa setting.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Excellent Communication Skills: Friendly, professional, and attentive.
• Administrative Experience: 6+ months in admin, office, or reservations roles.
• Flexible Availability: Must be available Tuesday and Saturday mornings, Sundays, and holidays as needed.

Preferred:

• Spa knowledge and experience in wellness or hospitality settings.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
