Staffmark is hiring a skilled Line Cook to join the team at a beautiful lakeside resort in Deerwood, MN. If you're passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is your chance to grow your career in hospitality!
Pay: $17-$22/hour
Schedule: Flexible (some weekends and evenings may be required)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate food items per resort recipes and quality standards
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Label, store, and rotate food properly
- Support team with prep, cleaning, and communication tasks
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of line cook or kitchen experience required
- Culinary training or degree preferred
- ServSafe Certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to follow recipes and lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid MN Driver's License
- Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
