Angel Fire Resort is looking for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Host who shares our passion for providing an exceptional guest experience. This position will be responsible for greeting customers and seating them appropriately, managing the flow of table seating, bussing and cleaning tables, and helping servers and manager as needed. Applicants must possess strong customer service skills, be able to communicate effectively and be able to maintain a positive attitude in a demanding environment.
Base Pay: Starts at $13/hr plus tips
Location: Angel Fire Resort restaurants
Employee Type: Hourly, non-exempt
Job Category: Seasonal full or part time
Leadership Responsibilities: No
Required Certs or Licenses: No experience necessary, all training provided.
Attendance: Reliable, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled
Estimated start date: Now Hiring
Minimum Age: 16
Typical Shift: Evening shifts Wednesday-Sunday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
(other duties may be assigned)
Communicates with Kitchen and Floor staff to maintain the flow and pace of the table seating.
Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for guests.
Greets all guests in a courteous, efficient manner.
Escorts guests to tables and provides menus.
Busses tables, taking dirty dishes to the dish pit and cleaning on and around table area.
Answers questions concerning resort activities, hours of operation, weather conditions, etc.
Immediately refers patron complaints to manager on duty.
Assists servers, bartenders, and manager as needed during restaurant operations.
Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness, and restocks table linens and other dining room supplies for tables and serving stations.
Completes opening and closing side work as directed.
Other associated tasks & duties as assigned.
Environment: This is a physically demanding, indoor position. Must be able stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
