Full-Time Concierge- The Springs at Lake Oswego

We've taken the time and care, to create handcrafted communities for seniors and their families. The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Full-Time Concierge which includes a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills. Responsibilities of Concierges include: Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed Delivering packages and newspapers Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservations Answering resident questions Monitoring security cameras Answering phone calls Maintaining clean and organized spaces Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc. Covering reception desk as needed Assisting other departments as needed Office work (creating, filing, printing, emailing) Qualifications: 3+ years of Customer Service experience required Prior Concierge/ Reception experience preferred Ability to use technology including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors Ability to prioritize and complete assignments Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions Additional Job Information Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 8am-4:30pm All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
