Private Country Club Hospitality Jobs - Bartender

We are seeking Bartenders for day or evening shifts to join our team! You will be responsible for providing our members and customers with a memorable bar and dining experience. Responsible for mixing and serving all alcoholic and non-alcoholic bar beverages. Responsible for overall operation of individual bar. Responsible for working with bar manager to maintain bar costs and inventory. Job Tasks (Duties) Experience in bartending in a quality dining establishment Strong leadership qualities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail A true desire to serve others and a commitment to providing high quality service Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail Team player able to diplomatically foster relationships with Members, Employees and Guests Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position with high member and guest interaction Compensation Package Non-exempt Pay: $12/hr to $14/hr depending on experience, plus tips.
