Position Summary
The Concessions Runner is responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of concession stands by stocking products, running supplies between locations, and supporting front-line staff during events. This role ensures stands are well-stocked, clean, and ready for service while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The Worker/Runner plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to help deliver a positive guest experience.
Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00-$15.00 and is tip eligible

Responsibilities
Restock concession stands with food, beverages, and supplies as needed throughout events
Deliver product and materials to multiple stand locations quickly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of stockrooms, prep areas, and back-of-house spaces
Assist in setup and breakdown of concession stands before and after events
Communicate inventory shortages or equipment issues to supervisors
Provide support to stand workers during peak service times
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Assist with trash removal and overall cleanliness during and after events
Offer friendly and respectful service when interacting with guests or staff
Work in coordination with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in concessions, food service, or customer service preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to follow instructions and assist wherever needed
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
Must be at least 18 years old
TIPS and/or ServSafe certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
