How Your Role Fits In

The Warehouse Cleaner will empty trash cans and plastic wrap bins, bail plastic wrap and load the trailer for recycling. You will recycle green banding, load the junk pallet trailer, clean underneath racking, run the floor sweeper/scrubber, scan rodent traps, verify fire extinguishers are charged, verify eye wash stations are operational, and other duties as needed. This employee will be responsible for primary cleaning duties as well as maintaining a safe working atmosphere by following the Company Safety Polices.

Our extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed. You'll have dedicated support to help you apply your training to daily operations, setting you up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Cleaner position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you'll do:

Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)

Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies

Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency

Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment

What it takes to succeed:

Positive Attitude & Work Ethic: Arrive to every shift ready to work hard and contribute to the team

Dependability: Be a reliable team player with a focus on safety and efficiency

Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required - we'll provide the training you need!
