As a Receptionist on this bedazzling team, you'll be responsible for processing inbound and outbound data, as well as answer phones and managing calendared activities across the team and its stakeholders. As the first point of contact for people you must present yourself in a professional manner acting as liaison and the charismatic resource guide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answer multiple line telephone professionally and genuinely in a timely manner
Greet customers
General office tasks such as copying, filing, and ordering and stocking supplies
Process iing/outgoing mail and packages
Update and distribute forms, calendars and other documents
Order and maintain inventory of office and shipping supplies
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Professional demeanor and good interpersonal and customer service skills
Reliable and flexible
Excellent attention to detail and work quality
Ability to multi-task and prioritize while maintainingposure and a positive attitude
Strong oral and writtenmunication skills
Some experience in MS Office products, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel
Experience operating a multi-line phone system preferred
Retail or eCommerce Sales experience is a plus!
