Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a PRN Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical South. This is a PRN opportunity. This position will be cover cold production Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
As a Cook I, you will be responsible for:
Cold production
Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
